We guide key decisions around sample handling, preparation protocols, internal standards, chromatography choices, and acquisition modes to ensure broad coverage and reproducible results. Alongside 𝗟𝗖𝗠𝗦, we also offer 𝗚𝗖𝗠𝗦-based metabolomics and volatilomics to capture volatile and semi-volatile compounds important for applications like flavor, fragrance, food, microbiome, and exposure studies. Where we save teams the most time is data analysis: our 𝗠𝗦𝗢𝗻𝗲 platform removes noise and degenerate features and automates processing, quantification, statistics, and interactive visualization in a scalable, no-code workflow. For deeper interpretation, we map results to pathways and provide metabolic modeling to connect metabolite shifts to biological or process-level behavior.
